I am a practice manager in training and it involves dealing with patients as well as staff.
The apprentice practice manager programme run by temp dent has helped me develop many skills in my area of expertise.
I really enjoy the programme and try to contribute as much as I can. It is really in depth and has a lot of information to read up on.
The programme has come with a fixed time table and you are aware of your webinars and meetings in advance.
Employer is supportive and helpful as they give me enough time to carry out my apprentice assignments
