  • In my role I am expected to provide best possible care towards vulnerable residents by assisting them with every day tasks

  • Working towards level 2 in Adult Care I had opportunity to take my knowledge and skills to the next level not covered in training provided by my employer

  • I have enjoyed learning new things and skills, challenging myself to do better

  • I was able to be in continuous touch with my lifetime trainer. Unfortunately I did not receive support from my management when in came to my shifts and time off

  • None. My collegues were massive help but management disappointed in many levels

  • Jules was an absolute superstar, kind and supportive

  • Working towards my nvq level 2 gave me confidence when it comes to my skills

  • Since my apprenticeship management changed and Barchester became a great place to work
