In my role I am expected to provide best possible care towards vulnerable residents by assisting them with every day tasks
Working towards level 2 in Adult Care I had opportunity to take my knowledge and skills to the next level not covered in training provided by my employer
I have enjoyed learning new things and skills, challenging myself to do better
I was able to be in continuous touch with my lifetime trainer. Unfortunately I did not receive support from my management when in came to my shifts and time off
None. My collegues were massive help but management disappointed in many levels
Jules was an absolute superstar, kind and supportive
Working towards my nvq level 2 gave me confidence when it comes to my skills
