  • My role is to drive passengers to their required destinations safely and in the most comfortable manner.

  • I have been learning new things on an everyday basis, but my customer service skills have been enhanced since I have been on the programme.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programmes are very interactive and the effort for scheduling my training is managed very well by Realise. And it is no surprise... the trainers are excellent.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is carefully planned and there is effort taken in the design of the programme. The programme ensures the learning curve is extensive, but also progression is gradual and becomes second nature.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A fair amount of support is received, but it could be more. Most of my training days have to be rescheduled due to my requirement to be on the job.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They have been spot on with the training and follow ups. The team itself has been available whenever I reached out to them.

  • Being new to my role, most of what I know about it is through the training.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I love my job and the money is decent. It does sometime offer you some balance in professional and personal life, better than I have experienced in the past.

  • Make sure you know what you are getting into and if there are certain conditions you want met, see that there is clarity and documentation in place to support it.
