  • Technical service apprentice, started off shadowing techs, move on to assisting installs and then being main person on installs, including removal jobs. Moving inventory around, and meeting new people everyday

  • Learnt electrical skills, mechanical skills and improved customer service skills

  • It’s a very enjoyable programme, learning every day, getting more confident, gaining new experiences.

  • The training weeks are spread equally though out the programme, every day is planned out to.

  • Employer and whole company provide lots of support and very easy to talk to anyone if you have a question or anything.

  • The college offers good amount of help and is always an email or phone call away.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Training provider provides the information and theoretical side very well that you can then take that and use it in the technical side.

  • There’s always events going on and each year the company provides you with a charity day where you can go participate for your chosen charity.
