Technical service apprentice, started off shadowing techs, move on to assisting installs and then being main person on installs, including removal jobs. Moving inventory around, and meeting new people everyday
Learnt electrical skills, mechanical skills and improved customer service skills
It’s a very enjoyable programme, learning every day, getting more confident, gaining new experiences.
The training weeks are spread equally though out the programme, every day is planned out to.
Employer and whole company provide lots of support and very easy to talk to anyone if you have a question or anything.
The college offers good amount of help and is always an email or phone call away.
Training provider provides the information and theoretical side very well that you can then take that and use it in the technical side.
There’s always events going on and each year the company provides you with a charity day where you can go participate for your chosen charity.
