Yes
Enjoyed many aspects of the programme - working with other apprentices and learning for the Cert CII. However, many of the learning modules seemed to be duplicated and some did not seem relevant.
Well structured but explanation of this structure was very limited.
There was not much input from the apprentice lead as they were based in London and did not offer much help to those in the North
Support is always very good but can take time and often this is very inconvenient
I have learned a lot about the wider insurance market and feel that a lot of the information has been useful.
Volunteering, networking in the office and outside, religious celebrations in the office
Yes
Very comfortable environment, team members are very helpful and always happy to assist, leadership is very welcoming and understanding of any issues, work is always different so everyday is not the same.
Do not be overwhelmed as there is always a lot to learn. Everyday is a learning day, even for the most experienced of underwriters. Never be afraid to ask for help, there is no such thing as a silly question.
