There was a lot to understand at first and quite rocky with the first few months due to improper communication. But now it is clear what must be done and is segmented into different digestible topics that all fit together for the programme.
The support received is immense. There are many avenues of groups, helplines, points of contacts, benefits, understandings and open free speech. The support is constantly reminded and methods to receive it are plentiful.
For my case this is not applicable. Please take my 5 star rating as N/A.
My current qualification is the same as what qualification would be completed during the time on the programme. Therefore, some of the topics and units correlate and can be applied however, the programme has only just started and I cannot accurately state.

Once in the business, It is fascinating to learn about all the moving cogs with BAE. The opportunities given are impressive to say the least and there is an open non-hostile environment where everyone strives for greatness. Being able to ask questions to experts and receive professional help is reassuring and further progresses my personal understanding and expertise in a subject.
Have a genuine interest in the company, learn about the future, the past and where you think you would want to go to. Then learn about the roles and how it functions. Understand the values and show them in your answers. Use the material BAE provides to show interest in the company and the benefits of active understanding of given materials.
