I really enjoy the programme that I am on. I think that it gives a good range of experience an training to help develop us.
The early careers department is not the most organised.
Any time I have ever needed any support there has always been someone I can go to.
They offer a lot of support but it is not always clear and sometimes the guidance changes depending on who you are talking to.
I feel that some part of it are relevant but for the organisation that I work at it isn't always helpful.
