I design Interactive Voice Recognition systems. This is used to enable customers to Self-Serve doing various functions involved in doing their day to day banking.
This is a completely new role to me. I have learnt new skills and started working with a new team.
I have always enjoyed learning new things and to challenge myself. This is definitely out of my comfort zone and does challenge me everyday.
Very well organised. I am informed of when each workshop is. Updates with my contact and tutor are open and honest. Term dates are informed up front
I am very much supported by the team I work with. Learning and work that needs to be done Off The Job time is given for.
Regular workshops are given for the content. The assignment is fully explained and support is given by the tutor with office sessions plus going through a draft of the assignment before submission to give feedback, not on content but how it is structured.
Whilst my course does not directly relate to the format I work in. The skills around the users and the psychology behind it do relate to how I design.
