I feel I have definitely develop both professionally and personal, I can see my communication and confidence has immensely developed. Use of excel and coding is new to me. Presentations skills have developed through multiple presentations monthly, if not weekly.
I would say I am really enjoying my programme
I would say that my course could be more organised. There is a baseline structure and organisation with my course. I know what I am doing and what I am working towards. Assignments could be more clear and straight to the point.
A lot of support is offered to me and I know where I can go to receive this. Everyone is happy to help.
Support is offered and everyone is checked up on. we raise anything which we are struggling with.
I think it allows for my knowledge to be developed about my work and it all comes together to make more sense. I think it definitely helps me about and develops my skills within work also of processes.
There are professional networking events which everyone can get involved with. If enquiring there would be more activities available to get involved with. There is also STEM which is suggested to apprentices.
Yes
I have had a positive experience and I think it is great. The work-life balance and the development of my skills allows for this. Alongside learning my course, this allows me to be proactive/productive within my work. I enjoy my apprenticeship.
