Work to assure governance and support other team members' reviews, as well as leading my own pieces of work to help my team.

A lot - can email/phone them, as well as having reviews and sessions where the cohort gets together.
Support is available however the quality varies based on who is delivering university modules.
Helps me to understand some theory, however the vast majority of improvement in my role has been learned in my role.
