My daily role as a dental nurse was to assist the dentist throughout all the procedures and making sure the patient was comfortable.
During my time with Tempdent I’ve learnt many new skills to be able to become a dental nurse.
Throughout my time with Tempdent I had an amazing tutor and assessor. They both were very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. However what I can say is due to the fact it’s an apprenticeship the program was slow for me.
Even though I used to hate doing any courseworks back in school, the assignments given to us wasn’t as bad as I thought they would be. We had enough time to complete an assignment and they were there to support whenever needed.
My employer was always supportive through out the course.
My assessor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was always there whenever I had a question regardless of how small and big the answer was. She was there whenever I was starting to doubt myself. She really pushed me through.
Yes
The course was structured out in an understandable way.
Make sure you ask as many questions as you can.
