  • My role is to support my audit team in collecting evidence from client representatives and collate this in spreadsheets for an overall review of their quality and ability to meet certain audit assertions.

  • The opportunity to work on real client work in a prestigious firm like PwC with well trained and dedicated teams as part of a University programme is really invaluable - getting to know from beforehand how the corporate life in the professional services feels like

  • We enjoy support from a variety of parties such as University Academic Advisors, Programme Directors, then work Buddy Schemes, Career Coach, Engagement Managers, Social Teams etc

  • Perhaps what separates and sets apart a specific firm form its industry competitors in professional services are the culture and the people employed. PwC scores brilliantly in these categories where support networks are excellent.

  • ICAEW provided study materials - membership of the body with lots of online resources

  • Studying for the ACA qualification involves a wide variety of different academic and industry topic areas equipping me with the right arsenal of skills for the corporate arena

  • Social Teams organise variety of events from sports activities, to volunteering and office breakouts
