My role as a claims apprentice was to manage KPIs that are reported to the Lloyd's Market, Handle Bureau & Non-Bureau Reinsurance claims, involvement in various projects such as Statics & Outstanding payments and internal & external stakeholder engagement

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed the programme as the Davies Group, particularly my coach were very beneficial in providing me with the correct resources and support to develop myself professionally and personally.

It was very well organised and very easy to follow.

My employer provided various training sessions to aid with my learning and answered concerns.

Constant support throughout, cannot complain as any query was answered in full and a plethora of resources were provided.

It provided me alot of industry and technical knowledge which has been transferable into my day to day role.

There are a variety of extra-curricular activities available at my company via our Sports & Social commitee, ranging from various sports to networking to interests & hobbies
