Resolve supplier invoice queries on the payables ledger. Answer emails and phone calls from branches and supplier. Reconcile monthly statements for supplier accounts. Process credit notes onto the payables ledger

I enjoyed learning about the content to pass the AAT exams but the apprenticeship work was not enjoyable due to lack of support from my provider
Not very well organised by provider
My employer helped me alot through my apprenticeship
The support from tutors to pass the exams were good but the support from talent coaches for the apprenticeship work was poor
I know have a better understanding of my role and how I affect my company through ym actions
