Opening and running the pub taking on responsibilites of admin, stock control, guest journey and managing a team
Every day is always different which can teach you so much
I loved my progress but I had to self teach myself the program having 4 tutors that only 1 of them really showed me there compassion and support other than that the company done nothing to help and support me succeed in the future if anything they have failed me
Nothing was structured at all
Non what so ever it’s such a shame that my company has let me down when I worked so hard to get where I wanted to be
I had no support at all except from one out of the 4 tutors I had
Well having a family, work and learning all in one was my biggest challenge until I got let down and floating in the system

Marstons is a good company to work for but giving people the opportunity to do an apprenticeship and then leaving them isn’t the best thing and very frustrating
Shame that I’ve been failed when I didn’t even get given the chance
