I have oversight of all marketing acativities, including social media, website administration, and branding. I also support our 21 schools with their marketing, and lead a networking group to provide training and resources. I manage internal communications and have been involved in strategic projects at a higher level.
My apprenticeship has provided me with the skills I need to perform my duties more effectively. The knowledge I have gained throughout the course allows me to be creative and innovative, exploring new ways of doing things. I have been able to expand my responsibilities to new areas, like paid marketing.
I greatly enjoyed my apprenticeship programme; learning and applying new skills and knowledge was always exciting, and my tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was a constant joy to be around. I always felt engaged and felt consistently motivated to develop and improve.
I felt that the programme was well structured to provide the needed support without interfering with my day-to-day role. Regular cohort sessions interspersed with one-to-one sessions with my tutor meant I was able to catch up an share ideas with peers, but always had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss my own work in depth.
My employer was very supportive of my learning and understanding of the time taken away from my regular duties. My manager made an effort to discuss and understand the progress of my learning and how I was applying this to my work.
My training provider was excellent; I felt that the structure of the course and scheduled sessions provided all the support I needed. My tutor was also there to support me at any time and made an effort to reach out proactively.
There is no question that this programme has greatly elevated my ability to do my job effectively. The role-specific knowledge and skills I developed over the apprenticeship have allowed me to expand my responsibilities to more strategic projects and get involved with higher-level activities. My role has evolved and developed as I have over the course of my learning.

ATT is a supportive place to work that truly cares about professional development. They are consistently making great strides of improvement in all areas, and I feel that my colleagues truly represent the states values of the organisation.
ATT is genuinely interested in people who care about their own professional development, who wish to learn and really engage with the culture.
