Understanding the business was key to begin with . I needed to understand the offering and the products across all lines of business. Then put together prospect lists and call. In addition complete my apprenticeship modules.

Really enjoyed it, the work was manageable in terms of the apprenticeship. I learnt skills on it that are applicable to what i do now.
