Commercial Property claims Handler. I deal with property claims for commercial customers.
My understanding of the insurance market, how it operates and how it is regulated has improved and I now had a deeper understanding.
It has been challenging at times especially the coursework. but the tutors have made what could otherwise have been a dry subject more enjoyable.
It was well organised and delivered
my employer has supported me in may ways including time for study and exams as well as financial incentives
The Growth Company have been great, providing regular catch ups and structured feedback to make sure I have been on track and providing additional support when it was needed - coaching with coursework structure.
It has given me a a more rounded understanding of the insurance industry. I have also embedded some of the skills used in my coursework in to my every day role.
