Overseeing administration within the Learning & Development Team, understanding L&D processes & systems, and supporting all facilitation of training.
Yes! I have an increased understanding of L&D and have developed facilitation skills for L&D
I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Very - I felt extremely supported throughout the programme, I learnt a lot, and felt it was well organised. I never felt overwhelmed with work or actions.
I was supported by my employer but my line manager often turned up late or didn't turn up at all to my reviews which wasn't always ideal.
Couldn't have asked for anything more. My tutor was so supportive to me throughout the whole programme; any question I had, was answered. I was always reassured and felt I could be honest and open.
I can use my qualification to help my understanding and facilitation of L&D
