I run the operations of the branch which include all things health and safety, transport and day to day running of the branch.
I have developed a number of skills including time management, my own personal management style and also project management.
It was helpful and insightful so I did enjoy the programme
Good
I received a good amount of support
I received great support from my training provider, my tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was amazing and really supported me through my whole programme resulting in me getting a distinction.
I was already in a management position however the programme and gaining the qualification has helped advance my skills to enable me to perform better.
