My role is to do with Operations side of things with a mix of sales involved as well. Managing 3 teams of staff. (Sales, yard and drivers) with the goal of getting deliveries out on time in a orderly and well timely fashion.
I have learned to be much more time efficient and effective in a sales and management position. learning how to deal with problems as well as how people act and behave.
I enjoyed the project and the effectiveness side of things.
Everything was laid out to me from day one giving me knowledge of up and coming deadlines as well as what each areas about, when they start, when they end eta.
Alot of support, meetings bi weekly to see how I was progressing.
tons of support.
Yes
Good place to work for just higher ups are blind to a branches needs.
Travis workload is kinda like a wave, where times it can be quiet and times where it's manic. The best way to deal with the manic is to be proactive as best as you can.
