I'm responsible for broad organisational programmes supporting employee experience, wellbeing, learning and development and internal communications
I think providing a theoretic underpinning to my experience has been fantastic
The apprenticeship was great - tutors were very engaging and i found the experience to be very supportive and personalised
I think it was well organised, and well paced

Its definitely supported my confidence, but also my ability to link theory to experience, which has further supported continuous improvement

I found the apprenticeship provider to be well organised, experts in the field and I achieved Gateway smoothly, without feeling pressured and with confidence
It's a lot of work and commitment, but the team are incredibly supportive
