Very much - there was a lot of varied learning e.g. some written, some presentation and the opportunity to do something I was really passionate about at the end
Well organised - it was clear from the start what I had to do and having deadlines in place meant I kept on track throughout the project
Quite a lot, my line manager was very supportive in terms of giving me work-based hours to carry out personal development as well as the required hours for assignment writing and tutor sessions
My tutor was always there to support me when I needed it and I knew who to contact even at the end when carrying out my EPA and considering other areas like safeguarding if I'd needed them
I feel my wider understanding of the role has expanded, as well as learning about areas I don't work in such as archives and public libraries
