I believe this programme is perfect for me and BAE as a company has helped me progress.
Very detailed structure, you always know what is expected of you & the deadlines this must be done in.
Support is there at all times,
All skills coaches have bene very helpful, I have not had any contact with the training provider as of yet.
There are many KSBs learnt which I am able to apply in my day to day role to ensure I am performing to the best of my ability.
There are many ERG groups which you can join & contain extra curricular activities.

The support you are given is second to none, the people you meet are all wanting to help you in your career and there is so much to learn each day.
I would say be yourself during the interview process so you can get your personality across and learn areas of the business beforehand which you find interesting and would like to learn more.
