Supporting workforce planning, development and talent management using initiatives such as apprenticeships, graduate schemes, work experience, paid work placements, recruitment fairs in the community and local universities, supported internships, promotion of L&D resources to staff to engage and develop.
Yes I believe my confidence has grown thanks to the knowledge, skills and behaviours I have learnt from the apprenticeship, I have learnt the importance of stakeholders how to engage with them and why L&D is at the heart of an organisation enabling it's biggest resource to develop and grow to support the organisations goals and KPIs.
I have enjoyed the monthly online delivery sessions with my assessor and peers, the interaction and activities were really worth while and stretched me out of my comfort zone. I also enjoyed weekly time out in my calendar on a Friday to complete tasks and retain information.
Really well structured and the assessor was always available should I needed any help.
I receive a dedicated learning day in the week to complete tasks and also amazing support from my manager who enables me to be exposed to new situations to support the apprenticeship learning.
Amanda has been amazing with the quality of her delivery and support if needed.
It allows me to have a better understanding of the organisation, how relevant L&D is, the importance of stakeholders linking to vision, values, goas and mission.
Yes, L&D networking events generally held in London to promote up and coming trends.
Yes
