I would recommend this to a friend as it is a much better route to take then University because you don't accumulate student loans and you get payed. I would personally recommend BAE because of the vast opportunities they have and offer. Plus all the teams I have worked with so far have been amazing.
when applying put all your best skills and behaviours, research the company, research the role you are applying for, prepare for the interview if you get in, have interest in the role you want to do and don't worry if you don't get in, there is always next year.
