I am a Supervisor and oversee my store assistant colleagues and help customers alike. I am involved in many management activities.
I have gained/developed new management skills as well as improving my confidence when working with the public.
My programme was enjoyable, my apprenticeship coach was very helpful and fun to work with.
My apprenticeship had a very simple structure that is difficult to not understand. The apprenticeship coach was also very helpful if there is anything you want clarifying
I did not need much support from my employer.
My apprenticeship coach was extremely helpful whenever I had an issue. 10/10.
I believe that I will be able to use the skills and knowledge I learned throughout my apprenticeship towards my work and any future roles I may occupy.
