I am a first-line support engineer. I work on the service desk and offer technical support to customers. Taking calls and remote connecting in to troubleshoot and fix issues.
Yes- My knowledge is always expanding and growing and I feel like every day I am learning and my knowledge so far has expanded so much more than I ever expected it too.
I enjoy completing the projects and taking part in the monthly lessons.

Loads they go above and beyond, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel very supported and have no issues and if I did I know how and where to rise them.

The training I have been provided have significantly improved the knowledge I have and has allowed me to improve my troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Yes, every 3 months, we have social events where we go out as a group. I had the opportunity to attend a networking even in Dublin called datto con which i went with 2 senior members of staff
