  • I am a first-line support engineer. I work on the service desk and offer technical support to customers. Taking calls and remote connecting in to troubleshoot and fix issues.

  • Yes- My knowledge is always expanding and growing and I feel like every day I am learning and my knowledge so far has expanded so much more than I ever expected it too.

  • I enjoy completing the projects and taking part in the monthly lessons.

  • Very they have clear goals and target dates to work towards.

  • Loads they go above and beyond, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel very supported and have no issues and if I did I know how and where to rise them.

  • I feel very supported and have no issues and if I did I know how and where to rise them.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The training I have been provided have significantly improved the knowledge I have and has allowed me to improve my troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, every 3 months, we have social events where we go out as a group. I had the opportunity to attend a networking even in Dublin called datto con which i went with 2 senior members of staff
