My Role consists of helping new products launch in retailers from Ecommerce to instore. I create the digital guidelines for assets online that get distributed onto retailer websites. My colleagues see me as a champion for purchase orders, and I am always happy to help them navigate the process. I handle everything from overseeing the entire Gift with Purchase journey, to supplier collaboration. My expertise lies in optimising stock allocation, training colleagues on crucial tools like COSMO and Opera, and guaranteeing the accuracy of all product information in Salsify.
I have grown my project management, financial, and training skills through managing budgets, leading website improvements, and training colleagues on key tools. This knowledge helps me excel in my role, ensuring smooth supply chains, optimised stock, and strong retailer relationships for Loreal.

I would wholeheartedly recommend a LOréal apprenticeship because it has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me! I have learned so much, not just about the beauty industry, but also about supply chain management, marketing, technology, and even finance. LOréal provides amazing training opportunities, supportive mentors, and the chance to take on real responsibility. It is challenging and fast-paced, but that is what makes it so exciting! Plus, working with such iconic brands such as YSL is a definite bonus.
Dive deep into LOréals website – explore their brands, values, sustainability efforts, and what resonates most with you.
