Providing care to residents on a day to day basis, delivering their support plans and helping them reach their goals and aspirations, as they live independently and providing both physical and emotional support.
Better communication skills, collaboration, Basic first aid training, organisational skills.
I enjoy it as it opens my mind to the support and i feel i work with those i can also learn from and will push me to the next steps with challenging opportunities.
Very well organised and put together and this is clearly shown throughout the company too.
I receive lots of support from my employer and know i can go to them if i needed to.
Lots of support with questions i need answers to and they are there when i need them.
It helps me perform better in my role as it can introduce me to information about my job that i may not have come across yet so opens my mind to new information.

It is a job i never saw myself being in and it opened my mind to a whole new world and makes me feel proud in my job role.
