Working with children from 0-5years to support their early education and social development through creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where the children can thrive.
I have learnt various new skills through on the job learning as well as online training.
I throughly enjoy my programme! I couldn’t fault it.
Very well organised and structured, I receive emails about upcoming training, webinars and tutor meetings. As well as my set task and assessments.
I have a great support network with my employer, I know that I can go to them if I need help with any of my work or training.
My tutor is amazing and I couldn’t fault her! We have regular teams meetings to check how I’m doing, she sends me relevant information regarding my assessments and sets me regular online training so that I’m consistency developing my knowledge and skills.
Feeling well supported definitely brings the best out of me and helps me to perform my role to the best of my ability.
