Yes
realise are a great company to work for with many benefits, they offer flexible working, they are supportive, understanding, they are open and honest and encourage us to be too. nothing is too much trouble and someone is always on hand to help with literally anything.
The work, information and terminologies can be overwhelming and daunting but the onboarding process is amazing for easing you in to the company ways, meeting new people and engaging in ways you would not normally do. I am a month in and am still enjoying every minute. Take the leap, it could change your life!
