Media and Website Assistant Review

Working for a school Trust updating their websites, social medias and creating any graphic work for them. I am also the videographer for the Trust.

I am more self aware and am able to handle my workload much better. I am also developing my people managing skills.

The programme is very well structured and suitable time is given for each assignment. The resources provided for each assignment are also very useful and helpful.

My employers provde me with great support, giving me time out of my working day to complete my apprenticeship. Also, setting me tasks in my day to day job which assist me.

My training providing is extremely helpful. She is always fast to reply to emails whenever I have questions and she always provides me with support

While it doesn't provide me with as much help in my current role, I feel like it will give me the skills for when I progress through the organisation

We provide wellbeing events to staff every other month which are free and usually based around that season.

The organisation culture is very positive and the people who work there are great to work with. While the work we do is very serious, it is easy to remain positive and happy in the workplace.

I would highly recommend the company and tell them that it is a great place to work. There are so many opportunities that come from working for the company and overall it is a very positive place to work.
