Early years practitioner Review

Supporting children with day to day activities such as; getting dressed, serving their food and putting their shoes on. I also provide personal care such as helping the children to the toilet and nappy changing. I help to create an activities that will support the children’s development and understanding.

I have developed skills in time management and organisation. I have also improved in being resourceful and creating activities with the materials available.

I really enjoy my program and find it rewarding, despite that it is hard work.

My program is quite structured however, you are allowed ample time to complete everything as we can be busy in the classroom as well

I receive constant support from my employer, they are always happy to answer questions and offer me more time out of the classroom if I need more time to work on my qualification

It has helped me a lot as I have a better understanding about the theory of early years which can support me to help the children and provide quality care.
