My role includes looking after children and making sure they are in a safe, welcoming and fun environment that contributes to their development and learning.
I have learnt plenty of new skills especially about safeguarding children, my roles and responsibilities as a practitioner and how I interact with parent/carers and other practitioners.
The whole experience so far has been brilliant ,My tutor is available for me to message her most the time, at first i was very nervous but my tutor knows how to simplify things for me and explains to me my tasks really well.
So far its been easy for me to follow, it is well organised and the structure of the course is simple.I have been out of education for a long time and am a mum of four so I really didnt want to be doing anything too extra but this has been
my employer has been a great support. at the beginning I had a lot of questions and needed extra support and they was always available to help.
The training provider is always available to help me they always reply to my messages and are always trying there best to help me.
The training provider has helped me and makes sure I understand every topic and subject before I move on this has helped me to apply this within my settings
The setting I work at runs a coffee morning for mums which i have been asked to help with.

I as a mum of four was very nervous but realise have helped me to understand my job role and have been there every step of the way. i had a lot of questions to ask and my tutor Laura is always available .
I would advise them to not worry. Realise are always there to help with any questions.
