  • I worked with children in residential care supporting young people with their day-to-day lives.

  • I have learnt new knowledge around legislation and theories relating to my role. This has been very beneficial to me when linking this to my role.

  • Very much enjoyed all of it. It was very informative and very interesting

  • Very organised. The tutors are very supportive and very easy to communicate with. My tutor was very clear about what would happen next and things I would need to research.

  • Support could have been improved regarding time allowed to complete the work that was being set.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Very high level of support. They are always available and very quick to communicate and help with anything you need. No question or request is too difficult. My tutor in particular was incredible at making me feel supported and confident in my work.

  • Much better as you are able to think about legislations when making decisions within your role.

  • The general managers working in the homes are very supportive. Higher managerial roles within the company show a lack of support to their staff


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Beaufort Care Group Ltd?
  • if you love working with children and and are able to focus on this above how you are treated then definitely choose this company, as aside from being treated poorly, they are a great and fun company to work with.
