Ive learnt soft skills e.g. confidence, speaking to people, talking to the team. My other skills i have gained are Maths and English, Communicatio, Customer service, Health and Safety, Replen, Merchandising, Managing stock, Using ICT.
Ive reallly enjoyed learning as its something i enjoy, and working with new people which are starting to become friends.
Its been very structured, finished everything on time
I have recieved amazing help from my managers and great feedback from my other collegues
She visits me on a daily basis which i find is good, she gives me the right amount of work to do a month, she helps me when i need help and also I can easily contact her.
She has helped me gain confidence by her information in how to comunicate to our customers, shes helped me learn about all the key skills that make this job role successful.
We have had some bowling activities which we have done outside of work as a team. We also had a fun day to raise money for Marricurrie

Because i think it gives you the right tools to help you start your career paths and you meet so many lovley staff which help you aswell.
I would say that you gain quite a lot of confidence during your time, but its quite a busy job so you have to give it 100% everyday.
