  • On a day to day basis, I take phone calls from customers, answer emails, answer messages via social media. A few other duties may include filling, printing etc

  • I have learnt new skills throughout my apprenticeship that I had set as targets. I have developed multiple existing skills which I have throughly enjoyed taking part in.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Instead of joining college, I decided to go out into the working world and reach my full potential. I chose to do an apprenticeship because I am an active learner, I wanted to grow my professional network and I wanted to gain work experience. I have throughly enjoyed my time with the company and I look forward to continuing these skills in my career.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My Apprenticeship course has been well structured during my time in the workplace. As emails and calls are not planned, this is something that can't be planned for my day and this may occur during the day. My course has been structued to learn new things when being an apprentice and it's been great to do new things.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I recieve so much support from my employer & my colleagues. I have built an amazing relationship with my employers and it's been amazing to build this bond and feel confident to speak to my management team about situations that may confuse me or concern me.

  • When I have certain qualificiations that I need to work to, I recieve support from my training provider with exam revision and past papers to learn from for this.

  • Advice that I have for others applying, is to have great confidence and to make sure that you are always ready to go the extra mile in wanting to succeed in the course.
