Calculating funding, looking at leaver/BIL Clawbacks, identify risks in funding, making sure the correct funding has been claimed, creating reports on the back of data analysed and presenting to senior managers and directors
I have learnt more skills in excel, can use more complicated formulas, and create visualisations I wasn't able to before, I am starting to learn how to use Tableau, and can now analyse data and identify risks and trends
I was hesitant to begin with, but I have really enjoyed my programme and been able to put into practice all the skills I have learnt and been able to develop my role and provide insight insight for the business which makes me happy.
I felt like the programme was really well structured and organised with a good balance of theory and practical work
I received a lot support and encouraged to take as much time as I needed for apprenticeship work, especially when preparing for EPA.
My training provider was very supportive, as they are also my employer, they were happy to give me all the extra support and help I needed.
The qualification has helped me immensely as my job role changed due to the skills I was learning, and I wouldn't be able to do my current role without the skills I learnt on the apprenticeship.
There are activities I could get involved with, but due to health issues I am unable to.
Yes
The apprenticeship content was extensive and the time and effort they put in to make sure I understood the content and felt supported was above and beyond.
Go for it, you won't regret it, you will enjoy the experience and get out of it what you put into it.
