Providing Administrative support to the Team and representing the team/department within the Home Office. Learning and developing skills within the Home Office to support further duties, that will provide experience towards my career development.
There is always scope to learn. I am learning to improve my Time Management and Organisational Skills. I am also learning to focus and build confidence, especially when facing challenges and stakeholders.
The program is focused on me. It is not just about my working environment but it is about helping me to develop, especially by providing support where and whenever needed
At present, it needed and has been improving. It started of bumpy for the first 3 months but now a structure is taking place. I am adamant that I will succeed in the best of ways, with the support that I am getting now
Employer is a general question. If asking about my team, then i will say 110%. If within the HomeOffice, this is beginning to improve
The training provider is open to helping.. I am aware that they have a number of candidates to work with at one time, and therefore will go out of there way to provide support where possible.
Unsure about this as we are at early stage. But Time Management and Organisational skills have and will help me better myself within my role.
Not as yet
Yes
Because the support that I am getting directly and the future I can see myself building in best of ways, is worth it.
Try and choose the course that you are interesting in, as it does make it difficult to find your footing, just for the sake of it.
