Apprentice Administrator for Exercise Referral team, processing referral applications against criteria, phone call and email contact with customers and referrers, attending meetings, minute taking, handling data in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection
I have developed my communication skills through doing courses on sending emails and making phone calls in professional ways and putting them into practice. I have learnt Minute Taking Skills which are important for this job role.
I feel happy and look forward to coming into work to talk to customers and members of the team. I also enjoy the learning that is available.
There are clear objectives and goals. My skills tutor has everything prepared and lets me know what is coming up in the program well in advance.
I receive a lot of support from my Line Manager and my team. I always receive feedback even if it is a quick compliment on my telephone manner as they pass through the office.
My skills coach is always at the other end of an email if I need her and always replies back in good time. She is very understanding and tries to find solutions if I come across a problem.
I would not be able to provide the high quality of work that I do without it.
There are lots of team building moments available. People organise walks and last year one of the members of another team involved the whole office in an Active Advent challenge.
