  • Enjoying learning new theories and models that I can implement into my day to day role and finding it is making me more effective, and supporting me to challenge my thinking

  • Good organisation and structure - know the order in which we are working through each module, which is enabling me with my line manager to find pieces of work to support and embed the learning

  • Supportive line manager and Senior management team, will discuss what working on and share their own knowledge

  • Both tutors are supportive and easy to contact - really helpful in helping to get back in academic writing

  • Starting to notice small differences in my approach - it still feels quite early in the programme for a significant shift in change in behaviours

  • Yes, part of my role is to organise both NW CEO Network and Non-Exec Directors Networks - which enables me to network with these senior leaders and hear about what they are facing in their roles and how they navigate through influencing, sharing vision, understanding political nuances to achieve positive outcomes.
