Good organisation and structure - know the order in which we are working through each module, which is enabling me with my line manager to find pieces of work to support and embed the learning

Yes, part of my role is to organise both NW CEO Network and Non-Exec Directors Networks - which enables me to network with these senior leaders and hear about what they are facing in their roles and how they navigate through influencing, sharing vision, understanding political nuances to achieve positive outcomes.
