  • I care and support individuals with daily tasks and activities. This can vary depending on the needs of each individual. Anything from personal care to medication administration and food preparation

  • This course has helped me see things from different perspectives and allowed me to gain new knowledge and skills in all aspects of my job

  • All of it, although I struggle with getting what's in my head onto paper. Other than that, it has been great and I have loved it all so far

  • It's brilliant, all modules are spaced out and you have plenty of time to complete each task.

  • My employer has been great support and without them I wouldn't be able to do this programme

  • As much as I ask for I need to learn to ask for more help when required but they have been great so far

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it makes me more confident in my role and have given me new insight. I have been using what I learn to improve my work .

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have a few game nights and every so often there are trips out but there could be a lot more (my personal opinion)

  • Yes

  • We've only just been taken over by cera care but from the brief time I have worked under them, I think they are a really good company to work for.

  • Don't be afraid to ask questions. Find out as much as you can about the company. Don't worry we're a lovely bunch Good luck
