I care and support individuals with daily tasks and activities. This can vary depending on the needs of each individual. Anything from personal care to medication administration and food preparation
This course has helped me see things from different perspectives and allowed me to gain new knowledge and skills in all aspects of my job
All of it, although I struggle with getting what's in my head onto paper. Other than that, it has been great and I have loved it all so far
It's brilliant, all modules are spaced out and you have plenty of time to complete each task.
My employer has been great support and without them I wouldn't be able to do this programme
As much as I ask for I need to learn to ask for more help when required but they have been great so far
I feel it makes me more confident in my role and have given me new insight. I have been using what I learn to improve my work .
We have a few game nights and every so often there are trips out but there could be a lot more (my personal opinion)
Yes
We've only just been taken over by cera care but from the brief time I have worked under them, I think they are a really good company to work for.
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Find out as much as you can about the company. Don't worry we're a lovely bunch Good luck
