I have learnt self reflective skills and have built up on my leadership skills.
I love my programme i am like a sponge who loves to learn and absorb all information. I have learnt so much in just a few months and have an amazing tutor.
Very organised i have been given a timetable of all the dates of my webinars and that has helped cover me in my nursery.
So I’ve had a lot of meetings with her regarding my apprenticeship and helping me with my CPD. Hopefully now it will get better. She allows me to have my OJH which is great.
An amazing amount she is always answering questions and helping me better myself with learning and personal matters.
I’m just so happy to have this opportunity and get such a good trainer to help me boost my confidence and give me new tips and things to try within my role.
