Working with the Team Leader & Registered Manager I'm responsible for allocating support packages & the scheduling of visits to customers. I work collaboratively with health professionals/locality teams to arrange and accept referrals into the service. ensuring all customer visits are allocated to support workers, allowing travel time, ensuring the service is CQC compliant. completing spreadsheets evidencing the hours of care delivered and brokerage requirements.
I'm learning more about the Team leader role and Register mangers role within management, enhanced my skills on organising and leading
I enjoy learning new aspects of health and social care, and not being limited to one side of it just from my role.
I feel its been very well structed so far and clearly layout on how my programme is going and is going to go. I've been well instructed so far.
