  • I am an Account Manager looking after the Cleaning services at Poole Hospital. I manage the day to day issues and overall contract with 150 employees .

  • I am starting to have a greater understanding of my learning skills and how to coach other.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme and it both confirms the learning I have gained through experience but also what I am starting to learn through the workshops and coaching sessions.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The Learnmore portal is excellent and easy to use. You can see what tasks have been set for you and the se are set out in an easy to follow way which ensures you get the full benefit from the training.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I recevie great support from my employer who allows me to have time away from my day to day work to concentrate on my course work on a weekly basis.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Learnmore provide excellent workshops with my training provider who comes across very knowledgeable and takes the workshop in a very relaxed way which allows you to take in what is being learnt during the sessions. My coach is always there if I need her and our regular calls keep me on track with my course.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification helps me by giving me confidence in myself that I do know the right way to handle situations but also provides the additional learning to make me become a better leader.

  • They are lots of opportunities to get involved in within the company such as various groups, such networking events and inclusive groups such as, LGBTQ group, Parent and Carers group and a Veterans group.

  • Yes

  • Never be frightened to put yourself forward there is always someone within the company who will help you at every turn.
