My current role is a corporate security officer in my day-to-day job I'm responsible for the integrity and fabric of the building looking after customers and colleagues through regular patrols and the use of access control and CCTV monitoring
I have little of new skills and interpersonal skills where was done this course manly communicating with others I've been able to manage my time correctly
I like everything in this course because I get to meet lots of different people from all over the UK who do the same or similar job as me to learn and progress their career
The Level 3 security management course as well structured and is set out to work hand in hand with a regular jobs a security officers the course balances practical and theory so that we can gain the most out of the programme
The course has been designed to work with my employer and the client so that the client can get the best out of my companies employees when working on their sites and continue to keep a strong partnership between the two companies
The amount of support that we get from the training provider is second to none if you're struggling in any aspect of the course there is all ones always someone on the end of the phone or e-mail to help supporters a dog show at our workshops we can speak openly and freely about any problems that we may have once we're on the programme
I feel that the qualification that I am working towards has helped me immensely and my duty working as a security officer within the security industry let's give me a better understanding of the roles and responsibility that my manager or supervisor has towards me and other officers but the emphasis on duty of care that is needed for each officer to perform the best that they could be
