  • Officer Training, customer services, how to deter and a crime of theft using great customer services skills. the process of recording video evident and how to present it to the police. Officer's performance evaluations measuring it to their key performance indicators (KPI). teach officer how to communicate effectively while on duties.

  • The programme was very interactive and engaging throughout and the Tutors and Coaches where very helpful.

  • The programme was well structured and much coordinated and run well with my work home life balance.

  • I have received much support from my employer and got a lot of support from my mentor and operation manager.

  • i have had great support from my training team i will say the Learmore team are the best when it comes to tutors coaches and seminars.

  • they have made me feel more comfortable and confident to approach my EPA with great comfort.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, at most of our workshops we had group debate competition and group works that makes the programme more approachable and if you get asked question even you answer it wrongly, the correct answer will be given and won't make you feel uncomfortable non embarrassed, the tutors have a good way to approached rectify students.
