Administration of engineering paperwork, contractor payments, cost of accident damage, M.O.T montoring.
I have learnt team management, the best ways to learn a new skill and to teach my team the same skill. How to manage my emotions and handle conflict.
I enjoyed the workshops and the tasks set by my coach, I also enjoyed shadowing the management team on aspects of the job that I have never been part of before.

Delivers well structured lessons and is very structured. Only thing that needs improving is the OneFile website used by Learnmore. It can be difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for.
You must be enthusiastic and want to learn additional skills, you must be able to organise your time as it is a busy year.
