Working in partnership with a big four supermarket as undercover store detective. My role is to ensure the safety of customers, clients and colleagues within the store I am working that day. The key part I play is to detect shoplifters or any person committing an act that causes loss to the clients business. Whilst keeping all parties safe I will attempt to detain the offenders, recover property and seek criminal convictions if necessary.
During my apprenticeship I learnt new techiques on how to manage my time more effectively and prioritise tasks. I also learnt about learning styles and how adapt the way I deliver information when I am delivering training programmes.
I enjoyed the programme as it was very easy to understand and the team delivering the course were approachable and engaging.
The course was structured very well, with deadlines clearly set and very flexible. All information was contained within the course to make me feel confident to take the epa
Hardly any support given by my employer, only spoke to my work sponsor twice and haven't heard from them since.
The support from my training provider was excellent. The delivery was flexible and very clear to understand. She was absolutely fantastic, very informative and encouraging
Given the opportunity by my employer I believe I could be a real asset but I don't think my employer recognises this
